GCPA™, a division of Employment Resource Team LLC, is the brainchild of Chief Global Officer and Founder Natalia Xiomara, HCS. GCPA™ with locations in New Haven, CT and Madrid, Spain (Centro Global para el Avance Profesional™) is a different professional advancement and development center. Natalia created GCPA™, not only with today’s leaders in mind, but also with the vision that the Center will cater to tomorrow’s leaders who comprise the following groups: professionals, veterans, immigrants, re-entry, and youth. Natalia and her team have worked with each of these groups in a leadership capacity and she’s well versed on the individual needs of each one.

A skilled Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Consultant, Natalia collaborates with companies, H.R. departments, and hiring managers developing best practices to find and retain A-list talent. Natalia is a certified Human Capital Strategist through the Human Capital Institute. She also consults individual clients during career transitions and job searches. She guides them in how to best market their skills and talents through their resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation.

Natalia was born in Panama City, Panama. After graduating from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, she lived in Europe for several years working for international law firms. Natalia subsequently worked for several US law firms, specializing in labor and employment litigation, and is a certified Notary Public for the State of Connecticut. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, is a member of The National Association of Resume Writers, The National Association of Professional Women, the National Customer Service Association, The National Association of Career Developers, The National Notary Association, the Human Capital Institute, and the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce.


What is unique about GCPA™?

We will hold classes at our clients’ location if they cannot come to us! We will also incorporate language classes in our program (Spanish and Mandarin) as well as ESL (English as a Second Language) into our Center to give a diverse learning experience to our clients. Online courses will be available soon. We also offer webinars as another option for learning for those who cannot attend in person. Please contact us for more information.
